To mark the launch of Perspectiva’s Digital Ego Project, psychotherapist and bestselling author Philippa Perry talks to Tom Chatfield and Dan Nixon about what it has meant for our lives and relationships to migrate online during the last year; what we’ve learned about treating each other and ourselves well in a digital age; and what it means to align technology with the things that matter most.
Philippa Perry is a British psychotherapist and author. She has written the graphic novel, Couch Fiction; a graphic tale of psychotherapy, and How to Stay Sane and The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read.
Dr Tom Chatfield is a British author, educator and philosopher of technology. A non-executive director at several non-profits, Tom has worked as a consultant with many of the world’s leading tech companies. Find out more here.
